A total of ten people, including three children, were shot at a Philadelphia bock party on Saturday night. The youngest victim was an 11-month-old who was shot in the neck. All 10 are reportedly now in stable condition. According to police, a gunman just started firing into the crowd after turning on to the street. "It looks like they just fired randomly into the street and hit whoever was in their way," said Philadelphia police Lt. John Walker. "It's a terrible situation." Police do not have a suspect or motive.
