At least 11 U.S. citizens were injured in the suicide-bomb blast Wednesday in Kabul, Afghanistan, CNN reported. All of the wounded Americans were assigned at the U.S. Embassy as contractors, and the number will likely change throughout the day as more information becomes available. At least 80 people died in the explosion near the heavily secured diplomatic area. At least 360 others were wounded. The attack is one of the deadliest in the Afghan capital in years and was detonated near the German Embassy and the presidential palace.
