A suspected murderer was charged for killing of a 9-year-old on Monday in Michigan. The catch? He's only three years older than the victim. Jamarion Lawhorn is accused of stabbing another boy on the playground of a mobile home park on Monday. His lawyer has pled "not guilty" for the boy, and will seek a mental health assessment to decide if he's competent to stand trial. If found guilty, Lawhorn could be put into a juvenile facility until he's 21 and then possibly sentenced again as an adult—possibly for life.
