A 12-year-old boy was arrested Tuesday night in Minneapolis in connection with the shooting death of a 31-year-old man. Jarrell Milton, 15-year-old Shuntayvious Primes-Willis, and Milton’s 17-year-old brother, Jamar, will be charged with first-degree murder. All three will be charged as adults. The three boys are accused of arranging for 31-year-old Jamymell Ray to meet them in Omaha, Nebraska for a marijuana deal then attempting a robbery and shooting Ray to death at close range. All three boys reportedly had guns.
