Thirteen teenagers overpowered a guard and broke out of Tennessee’s Wodland Hills juvenile lockup late on Friday, despite the facility’s security upgrades earlier this month when another batch of teenagers broke free.12 of the teens were recovered by metro police and the Tennessee Highway Patrol, but one of them, 16-year-old Timothy B. Willis, remains t large. The escapees used the guard’s keys to break out of their dorm and into an outdoor courtyard, from which they ran to the perimeter fence and fled. Earlier this month, 32 teens escaped the same facility by crawling under a weak spot in the fence; two of those teens still remain at large.
