Two weeks after a 35-year-old man was gunned down in Jersey City, New Jersey, police have charged a 13-year-old girl with the murder. Authorities did not released the name of the suspect in the shooting death of Niles Holmes because she is being charged as a juvenile, and they they did not release a motive. The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office says a second victim of the Dec. 1o shooting survived with graze wounds to the arm.
