The Confederate flag may be gone from South Carolina’s statehouse, but it has been displayed at 132 pro-Confederate rallies since Dylann Roof allegedly killed nine at a black church in Charleston on June 17. That’s according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, which says an additional 29 are planned.
