A 14-year-old boy in Baltimore has been arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter after stealing a car and running down a 9-year-old girl, police say. The boy, who has not been identified, is accused of taking a stolen SUV on a joy ride before causing a crash in front of a local elementary school on Thursday. The collision killed the third-grader as she left school and injured three other people, one of whom remains in serious condition. The boy fled the scene on foot after the collision but police reportedly used surveillance footage to track him down.
