Lebanese officials have arrested at least 16 people so far in relation to the Nov. 12 bombings in the country’s capital. Raids around the country dismantled “networks that were planning to carry out a series of similar operations [to those in Beirut], in more than one location,” a security source told Reuters. Syrians, a Palestinian, and a Lebanese man are among those arrested in relation to the attack, which killed 44 people.
