The 16-year-old boy who opened fire at a Texas high school on Tuesday has been charged “with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon” as a juvenile. He is currently in custody and will be expected in court on Wednesday. According to authorities, the boy shot a 15-year old girl in the cafeteria of Italy High School, roughly 65 miles outside of Dallas. The girl is currently recovering in a local hospital, and authorities still don’t know how he obtained the gun.
