1st James Foley Scholar Named

The university attended by a U.S. journalist beheaded by ISIS has named the first recipient of a scholarship in his name. Eighteen-year-old Jake Zelinski said it was an honor to “receive an award in honor of someone so loving and selfless.” Marquette University raised more than $320,000 in donations after James Foley’s gruesome death. It created a $8,000 biannual renewable scholarship in his honor.
