Pink Floyd fans, get ready to rock out. The legendary band is reportedly planning to release its first album in two decades. Polly Samson, the wife of Pink Floyd singer and guitarist David Gilmour, tweeted on Saturday that the band would release a new album in October called The Endless River. Samson wrote it's “Based on 1994 sessions is Rick Wright's swansong and very beautiful.” Wright died of an undisclosed form of cancer in 2008. The band's 1994 The Division Bell was considered the final album. It is unclear whether ex-Floyd bassist and singer Roger Waters will appear on this upcoming album, but based on his history with Gilmour, it is unlikely.
