Two men have been arrested by Baltimore police in connection with the rape of a 16-year-old girl at a fraternity party at Johns Hopkins University in November. The two men, ages 20 and 19, allegedly forced her to have sex in a bathroom while she was impaired with alcohol. Johns Hopkins came under fire in 2013 after it failed to notify students of a rape at a fraternity house during the school year.
