Two newborns were found dead, wrapped in brown paper, outside a building in the Bronx on Monday, the NYPD said. The building super found the week-old infants around 2 p.m., and police were investigating who the parents were and how the babies died. The victims reportedly had injuries, and one may have been stabbed, PIX11 reported.
