Two skydivers died in Northern California after their parachute allegedly failed to open on a tandem jump. The two men have not been identified but were in their 20s according to authorities. Bill Dause, owner of the Lodi Parachute Center where the two jumped from, said one of the two men was an instructor with 700 jumps of experience under his belt.
