At least 20 people, including an 8-year-old boy and a toddler were killed Thursday night as flooding and storms fell on West Virginia. Rising waters pushed a burning home down a creek in a dramatic scene that was shared on social media. Officials did not immediately identify the victims. The 8-year-old slipped into a creek and was swept away. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
