Between El Niño and climate change, a new report from the British Met Office is suggesting that 2016 could shape up to be the warmest on record. Barring any unexpected changes, scientists hypothesize global temps will be between 1.29 and 1.73 degrees Fahrenheit higher than the average for the second half of the last century.
