More than 225 people were injured Saturday at a Taiwanese recreational water park when colored powder apparently exploded in midair. The park was hosting a Color Play Asia party when the substance caught fire. At least 229 were injured and 97 are in serious condition. New Taipei Mayor Eric Chu called it the “worst incident of mass injury [ever] in New Taipei.”
