An explosion at Venezuela's biggest oil refinery on Saturday morning killed 26 people and injured at least 63 others, making it the deadliest disaster in the history of the country's lucrative oil industry. Firefighters have brought the ensuing blaze under control and areas at risk have been evacuated. Officials say there is no possibility of a second explosion, and investigators will soon determine what caused the disaster.
