3 Found Dead in Colorado Home

Police suspect triple homicide.

Police in Colorado suspect a triple homicide after two men and a woman were found dead with traumatic injuries on Saturday. The bodies were found in a home in Coal Creek Canyon, about 30 miles from Denver, police said. “The initial scene investigation suggests each victim suffered a traumatic injury,” the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. Local media reported that HazMat crews were at the scene, though it was unclear why. No further details were released, but police say a murder investigation is underway with the cause of death to be determined by a county coroner. The bodies were discovered Saturday morning after a friend of the victims called police to say he hadn’t heard from them in several days.
