Three students were shot in a library on the campus of Florida State University early Thursday by a gunman who was killed by campus police after he failed to comply with an order to drop his weapon and instead turned his gun toward officers. One victim reportedly was in critical condition. According to police, about 300 to 400 students were in library at time of shooting. The police said Thursday morning at a press conference there is no longer a safety threat on campus. The school will remain open, but the library will be closed. A student's video captured the tense moments.
