A cab driver who was stopped for speeding commandeered a police squad car and shot at officers during a traffic stop in Miami on Monday, hitting a bystander. He continued to fire an assault rifle as he drove away. Police eventually caught up with the squad car, where another shootout ensued. The suspect was hit, and taken to a trauma center.
