An Afghan soldier wounded three U.S. troops in Kabul on Wednesday, killing one of them. The Afghan soldier was subesequently shot dead during the attack, which the eastern Nangarhar province police chief said occurred right after a meeting between Afghan and U.S. embassy officials. The killed U.S. soldier is the second American casualty in Afghanistan this year, though three American contractors were killed by another Afghan soldier in January.
