A 3-year-old boy was fatally shot during a road rage incident in Arkansas on Saturday night, police said. The boy was with his grandmother in Little Rock, and the pair had just gone shopping. The incident began when a man in a car behind the woman was becoming angry that she was not moving fast, and got out of his car and began shooting. According to police, at least one of those bullets hit the boy, who was pronounced dead at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
