Four young children—all under the age of 10—and their father were stabbed to death in a home near Atlanta, police said on Thursday. Another child was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Authorities took the kids’ mother into custody after finding the bodies following a 5 a.m. emergency call from the house earlier that morning. Police released a statement Thursday morning calling her a “suspect” in the five deaths, but no charges have been filed in the case. “Right now we believe we have everybody involved in this crime,” said Gwinnett County police Cpl. Michele Pihera.
