A man shot one person outside a law firm and three more ouside a Wal-Mart in Greenville, North Carolina, before officers arrived at the scene and engaged him in a gun battle. The four victims and the suspect are expected to survive. "When the officers returned fire, I saw him get hit at least three times," a witness said. "At least two hit him in the left leg. I couldn't tell where else he was hit ... but it spun him around and knocked him down." Just your daily reminder that you're never safe.
