Michele Bachmann, Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman Jr,, and Rick Santorum all joined Rick Perry’s lawsuit against Virginia’s board of elections, after the candidates were left off the ballot in the state. Perry originally filed the lawsuit on Tuesday. The candidates say the election laws are “unconstitutional.” To qualify for the ballot in Virginia, candidates must obtain 10,000 signatures from registered voters in the state, and 400 signatures must come from each of the states congressional districts.
