A San Bernardino man has been arrested after his 4-year-old grandson accidentally shot and killed a 2-year-old cousin on Friday. Cesar Lopez, 53, faces a charge of child endangerment for allegedly leaving his gun in an area where the children were able to grab it. Officials say adults were at home with the kids when the 4-year-old boy accidentally fired the weapon, fatally wounding his cousin. The 2-year-old was rushed to a hospital where she died as a result of her injuries.
