A 4-year-old girl was shot in the head and killed in what appeared to be a road-rage incident in Albuquerque, New Mexico, police said Tuesday. The child, whose name was not released, was taken to a hospital and later died, said Police Chief Gorden Eden. The shooter remains at large but investigators do not have a clear description of the suspect. The victim’s father said the shooting happened after the two vehicles began cutting each other off in a road-rage incident, said Officer Simon Drobik. The shooter’s car reportedly pulled up next to the victim’s car and opened fire.
