Five teenagers have been arrested in Australia for allegedly planning ISIS-inspired attacks at Anzac Day celebrations in Melbourne. Two 18-year-old men were charged with conspiring to commit a terrorist act, a third man was arrested on weapons charges, and two other men are in custody and assisting police. The alleged attack was to have involved “edged knives,” according to police. “At this stage we have no information that it was a planned beheading. But there was reference to an attack on police,” AFP Acting Deputy Commissioner Neil Gaughan told a news conference.
