At least five people were killed, and 10 others injured, in a Wednesday evening car bombing in the Turkish capital city of Ankara. According to city officials, the explosion was aimed at a military convoy carrying personnel that was passing near Turkish military and governmental buildings. Local officials have condemned the attack as a “heinous act of terrorism,” but no group has claimed responsibility for the act.
