Authorities are investigating a shooting that took place near Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan where five people were shot late Saturday night. They are seeking a suspect described as a black male in his early 20's with dreadlocks. A party was taking place when the shots were fired and five people were taken to the hospital. They are reportedly not students of the university.
