A 4-year-old girl was shot and killed by her 5-year-old sibiling in Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon. He allegedly used their mother's boyfriend's gun and according to police, the boyfriend fled the scene. Philadelphia detectives are interviewing a person of interest but it's unclear if it is the boyfriend. No arrests have been made at this time.
