A three-year-old boy died after his six-year-old brother accidentally shot him in Chicago this weekend. According to police, the father of the children knowingly kept a loaded gun on top of the refrigerator, where it was in reach of the children. He has been charged with felony child endangerment and is set to appear in court on Sunday.
