A 6.8-magnitude quake rattled Japan on Friday afternoon, with an epicenter about 150 miles from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant. A tsunami warning, advising people to leave the coast immediately, was subsequently put into effect at 4:26 p.m. JST for the Pacific coast.
