As the Occupy Wall Street movement staged an international "day of rage" on Saturday, at least 74 protesters from the group's birthplace were arrested in Manhattan and charged with criminal trespassing, while protests took off in other U.S. cities. Demonstrations were held in Los Angeles, where hundreds rallied in the city's downtown, and Washington, D.C., in a march organized by the Rev. Al Sharpton's National Action Network. In New York, an estimated 10,000 people marched from their base at Zuccotti Park in downtown Manhattan to Times Square, and 45 of those arrested were in Times Square. Meanwhile, Gawker has identified a hacker, Thomas Ryan, who leaked thousands of OWS emails to the FBI and NYPD, tipping them off about the protesters' plans. Ryan has been waging an online campaign against the movement since it began in September.
