A Cleveland man who saw 12-year-old Tamir Rice holding an airsoft pellet gun allegedly called 911 because he was afraid the boy might shoot him, according to an investigators' report released today. He was allegedly assaulted before which made him more nervous in the situation. The rest of the contents of the investigative report were presented to the Prosecutor's Office on June 3, in order to present the case to a grand jury which will decide the fate of the two officers involved in Tamir's death.
