A psychologist who interviewed Ramzi Binalshibh at Guantanamo Bay found the alleged September 11 co-conspirator didn't understand the proceedings against him and suffered from delusions. Columbia professor Xavier Amador interviewed Binalshibh for three days in 2009. The al-Qaeda member was subjected to torture during CIA interrogations at secret prisons before his time at Gitmo. Last week, a medical review board was ordered to evaluate Binalshibh's fitness to stand trial.
