Retired baseball superstar Alex Rodriguez has reportedly been tapped to host the pilot of a new CNBC show. According to a press release, Back in the Game will feature host A-Rod and will focus on retired professional athletes who “find themselves in financial free-fall.” The show, in the style of other reality-TV fixer-upper programming, will pair those ex-athletes with “money-savvy mentors who can help them get back on their feet.”
