The nephew of former New York Yankees player Alex Rodriguez was held for ransom Wednesday night after a deal over a $600,000 Lamborghini went sour, according to the New York Post. Norberto Susini, a 29-year-old who plays minor-league baseball and sells expensive cars on the side, met up with two prospective buyers in Times Square and went to the Marriott Marquis with them. One of the buyers reportedly demanded Susini “return a $30,000 deposit he put down” for the car, and then held Susini in a hotel room. They then called Susini’s partners and made a ransom demand. The partners subsequently called the police. Law enforcement arrested the two buyers at the hotel around 11:30 p.m., sources told the Post.
