Aaron Carter’s Son Sues Docs, Pharmacies for His Death

The complaint on behalf of the toddler says Walgreens and others should not have supplied the singer with drugs.

Late singer Aaron Carter’s toddler son is blaming doctors and pharmacies for his father’s drug-induced drowning in a lawsuit. TMZ reports that Princeton Lyric Carter’s mother, Melanie Martin, filed the complaint on behalf of the child, claiming Walgreens and others should have realized that it would be a mistake to supply opioids to Carter knowing his psychiatric history. An autopsy detemined that Carter drowned last year after taking prescription pills and huffing.
