AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd was arrested again by police on Thursday in New Zealand, this time for getting in a fight with a witness in his pending court case. The 60-year-old drummer was charged last month with threatening to kill somebody, as well as possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. Rudd was seen trying to punch a much bigger man outside a cafe, and one witness described it as “like a Chihuahua trying to fight a big dog.” Rudd was released from detention, but a judge imposed an additional bail condition—no more illegal drugs.
