Mexican law-enforcement officials said Ethan Couch, the “affluenza” teen, and his mother have been taken into custody. The pair have been missing for more than two weeks after Couch, who was convicted of intoxicated manslaughter, failed to report to his probation officer. Officals found her near Puerto Vallarta, a Pacific beach-resort city roughly 1,000 miles southwest of their Burleson, Texas, hometown.
