The Islamic State has a new top terrorist—and he’s the brother of the last one. Reuters reports that Iraqi and Western security sources confirmed that Abu al-Hassan al-Hashemi al-Quraishi’s real name is Juma Awad al-Badri and that he is the sibling of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the former ISIS caliph who died during a U.S. raid in 2019. Baghdadi was succeeded by Abu Ibrahim al-Quraishi, who blew himself up during a raid on his hideout last month.
