Militants stormed a Syrian Army military base in the northwest of the country, making off with large amounts of the government’s ammunition and weapons. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a coalition of insurgents captured seven tanks, among other weaponry, in the latest win in its Idlib offensive.
