American drone strikes in Yemen have killed nine al Qaeda militants, including the son of U.S.-born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki as well as the media chief of the group's branch in Yemen. The attacks late Friday killed media chief Ibrahim al-Bana and Abdul-Rahman al-Awlaki, the 21-year-old son of the elder Awlaki, who was killed in a similar attack last month.
