Rebekah Caldwell Mason, the woman to whom Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley admitting making inappropriate sexual remarks, has reportedly resigned from her post as his senior policy adviser. She had been working in this position since January. Her resignation comes as calls for the governor’s impeachment grow louder in the state.
