Cardell Hayes, the man accused of shooting ex-NFL player Will Smith, was indicted Thursday on second-degree murder and attempted murder charges. Hayes was also indicted on charges of aggravated criminal damage to a vehicle and the aggravated assault of Will Smith. Hayes' attorneys reportedly subpoenaed 24 witnesses for Thursday's hearing, including one of Smith's former teammates. Smith's wife, Racquel, was also shot in the event but survived.
