Amanda Bynes is back in the news, but still for the wrong reasons. Bynes was arrested Sunday morning at 3 a.m. for a DUI after police “determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance.” The 28-year-old actress was held on $15,000 bail before she was released at 12:44 p.m. Bynes was placed on three-year probation back in February due to her 2012 DUI.
