American Airlines grounded all its flights Tuesday afternoon after its reservation system went offline. The outages have caused numerous delays, and will continue to do so until the ground delay is lifted at 6 p.m. EST. As of midday, seven flights were officially canceled, while at least 50 more were delayed. Some passengers are reporting on Twitter that they’re stuck on planes, while other customers are venting about being unable to make reservations.
